What we eat is key to our well-being and a number of general dietary guidelines we can follow to feel fit, something to be combined with exercise. Assuming that we do not suffer’re overweight nor below our ideal weight, these are the tips for you to discover how to feed to stay fit.


Something that certainly will have heard ad nauseum: it is important to drink plenty of water.
Not worth juices or milk, water purifies our body without adding any other ingredients or component to our body.

Garlic is a food that, besides giving much flavor to our recipes, is very healthy for our body, because it is purifying. This ingredient tops the list of foods with healing properties that should not be missed in our diet.

And finally, let’s take a little by our intuition. If one day we fancy yourself as a sweet very caloric, not repress. If we see that the desire is repeated too often, we think that we have not designed well our diet and perhaps have a lack of food.
