Blushing is the act of showing redness on the face, usually is caused by an emotional or adrenal response. Emotions are causing blush of shame, shyness, modesty and love. While blush is a natural reaction, when it occurs in excess, can cause embarrassment and social anxiety.
This makes some people avoid any situation where they could experience excessive blushing. Fortunately, there are things you can do to control and not turn red. Instructions
List the situations that have caused a blush in the past. Recognize what triggers the problem that makes you put red. Such as being around a large crowd of people, talk to someone who attracts you and make a mistake in front of your peers.
Breathe. Practice breathing control when you are in a situation of shooting. Breathe and hold for three seconds this breathing for a second while you are in silence, before tell your mind to relax. Leave out this breath in a slow breath and imagine the tension leaving your body. Continue this breathing pattern until you feel relaxed and safe.
Think of other things. When you face a trigger blush, think of a situation that would not blush. List the different situations that make you feel calm and pet your dog or reading your favorite book. This helps take your mind off the situation makes you blush.
Limit your consumption of alcohol and spicy foods. Both alcohol and spicy foods cause excessive blood flow in the face. When combined with a trigger situation, this makes the turning red is difficult to control.
Check with your doctor to ensure that excessive blushing is not caused by an underlying health problem
