If, like many people, you’re trying to lose weight, you may want to consider adding flaxseed to your diet. Flaxseed is high in omega-3 and omega-6 acids that speed up metabolism and help the body feel full after eating. Flaxseed can also help reduce snacking.
Most nutritionists recommend eating ground flaxseed because it is easier to digest. Anyway, if you buy the whole flaxseed, easily can grind in a coffee grinder.


Buy a bag of whole flaxseed and store in an airtight container in a cool dry place, such as a cabinet or refrigerator.
