Obesity
Obesity is an increase in body weight by an excessive accumulation of adipose tissue, or better known as fat. It is usually caused due to poor diet, sedentary lifestyle and the influence of genetic factors. Obesity is a chronic disease and a major cause of death worldwide.

Each year, 2.8 million people die from obesity. Therefore, being obese is not only an aesthetic problem but has serious health problems. We explain what the consequences of obesity are.
